Make an app for your gym

Describe your app and see the plan for free. Build it with a 2-day trial for ₹99.

Gym app named IronForge Fitness Club with a Mark Present for Today button, sessions this month and an attendance history with workout notes.

Membership plans with prices and what’s included.
Weekly timetable for one day listing a bootcamp, a cardio dance class and yoga with trainer, time, studio and intensity.
Class timetable by day, with trainer and studio.

These are screens of a real app AppCub built in a test on 3 October 2026 from one sentence. AppCub made up the plans, classes and trainers as examples; yours replace them.

What your app can do

Gym apps usually start with these. Ask for what your gym needs:

Membership plans

Monthly, quarterly and yearly plans with prices and what each includes.

Class timetable

Yoga, Zumba, HIIT and more for each day, with the trainer, time and room.

Attendance

Members mark themselves present in one tap and see how often they came this month.

Members and renewals

For your own use: each member’s plan and expiry date, and who is due to renew this week.

Your gym’s look

Your gym’s name, logo and colours. Attach a picture of a design you like and AppCub follows it.

More when you need it

Workout plans, diet charts, trainer profiles, renewal reminders on WhatsApp. Ask in the chat.

What to write

Copy this, change the details to match your gym, and paste it into AppCub:

Make an app for my gym, IronForge Fitness in Jaipur. Show our plans: monthly ₹1,499, quarterly ₹3,799, yearly ₹12,999. Show the weekly class timetable with trainer and time. Members mark attendance for today and see their attendance this month. Add an owner screen where I keep each member’s plan and expiry date and see who must renew this week, with a button to send them a reminder on WhatsApp. Red and black colours.

  1. Paste and send

AppCub asks if something important is unclear.

  2. Approve the plan

Check the screens and features. Change them for free until they are right.

  3. Try it

The app runs live next to the chat. Scan a QR code to install it on your phone.

  4. Ask for changes

Say what to change, or click the part of the app you want changed.

What it costs

  • A gym app like the one above usually takes 60 to 110 credits to build. Describing it and seeing AppCub’s plan is free; building it starts with a 2-day trial for ₹99 (150 credits, enough for the app and a few changes).
  • To publish on Google Play you need a paid plan, which includes the Play Store bundle and your app’s signing key. Starter is ₹1,599 a month for 700 credits.
  • Work that fails or is rolled back costs nothing, and every change comes with one free fix.

Good to know

  • A simple app keeps its data on the phone it runs on. If members use the app on their own phones and you want to see their attendance, connect a Supabase database (it has a free plan) from the chat.
  • AppCub builds Android apps and can put your app online as a web link that opens on any phone. For the iPhone App Store, our team can do it for you.
  • To put the app on Google Play you need your own Google Play developer account, which costs a one-time US$25 fee to Google.

Questions

Is the app for my members or for me?

Either, or both. Describe who uses which screen. An app only you use can keep its data on your phone; an app members use on their own phones needs an online database for you to see what they do.

Can it remind members when their plan expires?

Yes. The simplest way is a list of members due to renew with a button that opens WhatsApp with a ready message. Ask for it when you describe the app.

Can members pay their fees in the app?

You can ask for a payment button that uses your own Razorpay account. Connect Razorpay and a Supabase database from the Connectors page first.

Can I add workout and diet plans?

Yes. Ask for them in the chat, for each member or for everyone, and AppCub adds the screens.

Can I write to AppCub in Hindi or Hinglish?

Yes. Write the way you normally do, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. You can also ask for the app’s own buttons and labels in Hindi.

What if I want to change something later?

Open the app in AppCub and say what should change, or click the part of the app you want changed. You can always go back to an earlier version.
