Make a booking app for your salon

Describe your app and see the plan for free. Build it with a 2-day trial for ₹99.

Pick a date and a free slot, then confirm.

These are screens of a real app AppCub built in a test on 3 October 2026 from one sentence. AppCub made up the services and prices as examples; yours replace them.

What your app can do

Salon apps usually start with these. Ask for what your salon needs:

Services and prices

Haircuts, facials, spa, bridal: each with its price, how long it takes and a short description.

Slot booking

Customers pick a date and an open time slot that matches your working hours.

Bookings sent to you

Ask for each booking to arrive on your WhatsApp with the customer’s name, phone, service and time.

My bookings

Customers see their upcoming visits, and can cancel one so the slot opens again.

Your look

Your salon’s name, logo and colours. Attach a picture of a design you like and AppCub follows it.

More when you need it

Offers, packages, stylist choice, photos of your work, a map to your salon. Ask in the chat.

What to write

Copy this, change the details to match your salon, and paste it into AppCub:

Make a booking app for my salon, Glow Beauty Parlour in Indore. Show my services with price and time: haircut ₹300 (30 min), facial ₹800 (60 min), hair spa ₹1,200 (60 min), bridal makeup on request. Customers pick a service, a date and a time slot between 10 AM and 8 PM (closed Tuesday), enter name and phone, and the booking is sent to me on WhatsApp at 98XXXXXXXX. Show their bookings in the app. Pink and white colours.

What it costs

  • A salon app like the one above usually takes 60 to 110 credits to build. Describing it and seeing AppCub’s plan is free; building it starts with a 2-day trial for ₹99 (150 credits, enough for the app and a few changes).
  • To publish on Google Play you need a paid plan, which includes the Play Store bundle and your app’s signing key. Starter is ₹1,599 a month for 700 credits.
  • Work that fails or is rolled back costs nothing, and every change comes with one free fix.

Good to know

  • A simple app keeps bookings on the customer’s phone. For bookings to reach you, ask for them to be sent on WhatsApp, or connect a Supabase database (it has a free plan) so you see every booking in one place and taken slots are blocked for others.
  • AppCub builds Android apps and can put your app online as a web link that opens on any phone. For the iPhone App Store, our team can do it for you.
  • To put the app on Google Play you need your own Google Play developer account, which costs a one-time US$25 fee to Google.

Questions

Will I know when someone books?

Yes, if you ask for it. The simplest way is that each booking opens WhatsApp with the details filled in, addressed to your number. For a list of all bookings in your own app, connect a Supabase database from the chat.

Can two customers book the same slot?

Not if the app has an online database: ask AppCub to block slots that are already taken. An app without a database can’t know about other customers’ bookings.

Can customers pay in advance?

You can ask for a payment button that uses your own Razorpay account. Connect Razorpay and a Supabase database from the Connectors page first. Many salons start with “pay at the salon” and add this later.

Can I show different prices for different stylists?

Yes. Describe how you price, for example senior and junior stylist rates, and AppCub builds it that way.

Can I write to AppCub in Hindi or Hinglish?

Yes. Write the way you normally do, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. You can also ask for the app’s own buttons and labels in Hindi.

What if I want to change something later?

Open the app in AppCub and say what should change, or click the part of the app you want changed. You can always go back to an earlier version.
