Make a menu and order app for your restaurant

Your menu with prices and veg or non-veg marks, orders that reach your WhatsApp, and a link you can print as a QR code for your tables. Describe it in a chat and AppCub builds it. No coding needed.

AppCub opens on 18 October 2026. Join the waitlist and we’ll message you on WhatsApp that day.

Describe your app and see the plan for free. Build it with a 2-day trial for ₹99.

What your app can do

Restaurant apps usually start with these. Ask for what your place needs:

Menu by category

Starters, mains, breads, drinks: each dish with price, a photo and a veg or non-veg mark.

Cart and order

Customers add dishes, see the total, and the order opens in WhatsApp to your number.

Table, takeaway or delivery

Customers say how they want it: a table number, pickup time or delivery address.

QR menu for tables

Put the app online as a web link and print its QR code. Guests open the menu without installing anything.

Your look

Your restaurant’s name, logo and colours. Attach a photo of a design you like and AppCub follows it.

More when you need it

Today’s specials, combos, table booking, offers. Ask in the chat.

What to write

Copy this, change the details to match your restaurant, and paste it into AppCub:

Make a menu and ordering app for my restaurant, Punjabi Tadka in Ludhiana. Show the menu in categories: starters, main course, breads, rice, drinks, each dish with price and a veg or non-veg mark, for example paneer tikka ₹240, dal makhani ₹220, butter naan ₹45. Customers add dishes to a cart, choose dine-in with table number, takeaway or delivery with address, and send the order to my WhatsApp at 98XXXXXXXX. Show our address, timings 12 PM to 11 PM and a call button. Red and cream colours.

What it costs

  • A restaurant app like the one above usually takes 60 to 110 credits to build. Describing it and seeing AppCub’s plan is free; building it starts with a 2-day trial for ₹99 (150 credits, enough for the app and a few changes).
  • To publish on Google Play you need a paid plan, which includes the Play Store bundle and your app’s signing key. Starter is ₹1,599 a month for 700 credits.
  • Work that fails or is rolled back costs nothing, and every change comes with one free fix.

Good to know

  • Orders reach you on WhatsApp. To change the menu from your phone and see it on customers’ phones straight away, or to keep a list of all orders, connect a Supabase database (it has a free plan) from the chat.
  • AppCub does not connect to Zomato, Swiggy or a billing machine. Your app is your own direct channel next to them.
  • AppCub builds Android apps and can put your app online as a web link that opens on any phone. For the iPhone App Store, our team can do it for you.

Questions

Do my customers have to install the app?

No. Put the app online as a web link, print the link as a QR code on your tables and menu cards, and guests open it in their phone’s browser. You can also publish it on Google Play for regular customers.

How do I change prices or mark a dish sold out?

Ask AppCub in the chat. For changes you make yourself every day from the app, connect a Supabase database and ask for an owner screen.

Can customers pay online?

You can ask for a payment button that uses your own Razorpay account. Connect Razorpay and a Supabase database from the Connectors page first. Many places start with UPI or cash at the counter.

Can I add photos of my dishes?

Yes. Attach your photos in the chat and ask AppCub to use them in the menu.

Can I write to AppCub in Hindi or Hinglish?

Yes. Write the way you normally do, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. You can also ask for the app’s own buttons and labels in Hindi.

What if I want to change something later?

Open the app in AppCub and say what should change, or click the part of the app you want changed. You can always go back to an earlier version.
