Make an app for a wedding or event
Mehendi, haldi, sangeet and the wedding with dates, venues, dress codes and map links, and guests who say on WhatsApp if they are coming. Describe it in a chat and share it as a link. No coding needed.
AppCub opens on 18 October 2026. Join the waitlist and we’ll message you on WhatsApp that day.
Describe your app and see the plan for free. Build it with a 2-day trial for ₹99.
What your app can do
Event apps usually start with these. Ask for what your event needs:
Functions
Each function with date, time, venue and dress code, in order, with today’s one on top.
Directions
A map link for every venue, and notes for parking or the hotel.
RSVP
Guests say how many are coming to which function, and it reaches you on WhatsApp.
Help on the day
Names and numbers of the family members handling travel, rooms and food.
Your look
Your colours and photos. Attach your invitation card and AppCub follows its design.
More when you need it
A countdown, the couple’s story, a photo page, hotel room details, in Hindi too. Ask in the chat.
What to write
Copy this, change the details to match your event, and paste it into AppCub:
Make an app for my sister Priya and Rohan’s wedding in Udaipur. Show the functions in order: mehendi on 12 December at 4 PM, sangeet on 12 December at 8 PM, haldi on 13 December at 10 AM and the wedding on 13 December at 7 PM, each with venue, a Google Maps link and dress code. Guests fill an RSVP with name, number of people and which functions, sent to my WhatsApp at 98XXXXXXXX. Add contacts for travel and rooms. Maroon and gold colours, in English and Hindi.

What it costs
- An event app like the one above usually takes 60 to 110 credits to build. Describing it and seeing AppCub’s plan is free; building it starts with a 2-day trial for ₹99 (150 credits, enough for the app and a few changes).
- An event app is usually shared as a web link, so you don’t need Google Play. If you want it on Google Play too, that needs a paid plan, which includes the Play Store bundle. Starter is ₹1,599 a month for 700 credits.
- Work that fails or is rolled back costs nothing, and every change comes with one free fix.
Good to know
- Most guests will open the app as a web link, so you don’t need Google Play for an event app.
- RSVPs reach you on WhatsApp. For a list of all RSVPs in one place, connect a Supabase database (it has a free plan) from the chat.
- Don’t put guests’ phone numbers or home addresses in the app for everyone to see.
Questions
Do guests need to install anything?
No. Put the app online as a web link and send it on WhatsApp. It opens in the phone’s browser.
Can event planners use this for every client?
Yes. Make one app per event, or ask for one app with each client’s events. Pro and Business plans have more credits for several apps a month.
Can I change the timings later?
Yes. Tell AppCub in the chat, and the link shows the new timings.
Can the app be in Hindi?
Yes. Ask for Hindi, English or both, and write to AppCub in whichever you like.
What if I want to change something later?
Open the app in AppCub and say what should change, or click the part of the app you want changed. You can always go back to an earlier version.
