Good to know

  • To add and remove listings from your phone and have buyers see them on theirs, connect a Supabase database (it has a free plan) from the chat. Without one, AppCub puts the listings in the app and you ask in chat to change them.
  • Show only properties you are allowed to sell or rent, and keep the price and details true. You are responsible for what your listings say.
  • AppCub builds Android apps and can put your app online as a web link that opens on any phone. For the iPhone App Store, our team can do it for you.

Questions

Can I add new properties myself?

Yes, once a Supabase database is connected. Ask for an owner screen where you add a property with photos, and mark it sold or rented.

Can buyers see it without installing anything?

Yes. Put the app online as a web link and share it on WhatsApp, in your status or on your visiting card as a QR code.

Can it show properties on a map?

Each listing can have a map link that opens Google Maps at the location. Tell AppCub what you need in the chat.

Can other agents or owners list on my app?

Ask for an owner or agent login and an approval step, with a Supabase database connected. You decide what goes live.

Can I write to AppCub in Hindi or Hinglish?

Yes. Write the way you normally do, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. You can also ask for the app’s own buttons and labels in Hindi.

What if I want to change something later?

Open the app in AppCub and say what should change, or click the part of the app you want changed. You can always go back to an earlier version.
